At Label Muktika, customer satisfaction is a priority. Please review our cancellation and refunds policy to understand how we handle changes to your orders.

1. Order Cancellations

   • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as the order will have moved into processing.
   • Customized orders cannot be cancelled once the design and production process begins.

2. Refunds

   • No Refund Policy: As each piece is crafted with care, we do not offer refunds on standard or customized orders.
   • If an order is cancelled within the 24-hour window, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
   • For any errors or defects in the product, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

3. Exchanges

   • We offer exchanges only for sizing issues. You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
   • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.
   • Exchanges are not available for customized orders.

4. Non-Returnable Items

   • Customized and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to the personal nature of these designs.
